My First Texas Home: Provides a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage with up to 5% in down payment and closing cost assistance. This assistance is a zero-interest, no-monthly-payment second mortgage.

My Choice Texas Home: Similar to the above but available to both first-time and repeat buyers. It offers up to 5% in down payment and closing cost assistance.
